Translated into Italian they are the little market "Oh Belli! Oh Belli!"

This famous Milanese Christmas shopping market is considered the most important event of the Christmas season; in fact, for this event in the Lombard capital a real crowd of fans will converge even from neighboring towns.

In more than 25,000 square meters of exhibition space around the Sforzesco Castle, there are about three hundred exhibitors that allow fans of Lombardy Christmas Markets to rediscover the authentic atmosphere of the past and the most representative merchandise genres of the historic fair. This year it will be open from December 5th to 8th, 2025 around Castello Sforzesco and in Parco Sempione.

In the historic center of Milan, under the gaze of the Madonnina, traditional wooden chalets will be set up in Piazza Duomo, Via Campo Santo, and Via dell’Arcivescovado. These will feature a variety of gift ideas and include Santa’s house, an essential stop for the little ones.

Numerous artisans from all over Italy as well as abroad will be present among the booths. A Christmas concert, light installations, a skating rink and various events are planned in town. Among other things, there will also be the Babbo Running, a 5-kilometer non-competitive march, running through the streets of the city.

With more than 30 exhibitors, the Lombardy Christmas Markets, with their typical wooden cottages among the stalls offer fine handicrafts and agricultural and food products with the various flavors of tradition.

Not only is it possible to buy and find many gift ideas, but there is also the opportunity to see live creation around the Nativity Shack, skilled artisans carving wood and stone, others working with straw, hammering copper, spinning wool and thus reintroducing ancient crafts.

A truly evocative setting, rich in history, culture and tradition of the Seriana Valley capable of transforming Castione and the charming hamlets of Bratto, Dorga and Rusio into a fairy-tale village. Fantastic attractions are planned for younger visitors such as the Gnome Village, Santa's Village with the Elf Workshop and the Presolana train.

The Christmas markets in Como take place from November 23, 2025, to January 6, 2026, as part of the “Città dei Balocchi” event.
