Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001

Visit Italy Srl has adopted its own Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, as part of its system of governance, legal compliance and corporate responsibility.

The Model is designed to prevent the offences set out in Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001, which governs the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, and takes into account subsequent regulatory updates.

Visit Italy makes the Model 231 and the Code of Ethics available to its stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, managers, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners and, more generally, all parties who have dealings with the Company.

The aim is to promote conduct consistent with the principles of legality, transparency, fairness and responsibility that guide Visit Italy’s activities, and to protect people, the company’s assets and the value built up over time.
