To celebrate Republic Day, from June 1 to 2, many museums will offer free admission, including:  the Royal Palace of Naples, the National Archaeological Museum, the Museum and Royal Park of Capodimonte, the Certosa and Museum of San Martino, Castel Sant’Elmo, the Girolamini Complex, the Duca di Martina Museum, the Pignatelli Museum, and the archaeological parks of Herculaneum, Pompeii, and the Phlegraean Fields. Take advantage of it! Additionally, it will be possible to participate in guided tours in the Spanish Quarters and the Sanità district, offering a chance to explore Naples' art, traditions, and local culture. The dedicated exhibition, "Pino Daniele. Spiritual," is very special because it celebrates the life and work of Pino Daniele, who unfortunately passed away in 2015, bringing together various types of materials including personal items, musical instruments, videos, and documents never seen before. Divided into two distinct sections, the exhibition reveals both the public and private faces of an artist who profoundly marked his time. Who knows if he would have liked it! A tribute to the great Neapolitan musician and songwriter, hosted in the Plebiscito and Belvedere Rooms of the Royal Palace of Naples.

This festival, recognized as one of the most important of independent cinema in Italy, particularly focuses on works from the Mediterranean and Neapolitan authors, featuring film screenings and meetings with directors and actors.

The festival offers a selection of unreleased films, giving the audience the opportunity to discover new talents in the international film scene.

Over the years, the festival has hosted numerous renowned artists including directors and actors such as Ferzan Özpetek, Margherita Buy, Rosaria De Cicco, Michele Placido, Paola Cortellesi, Cinzia Mirabella, and brothers Joel and Ethan Coen.

Naples Film Festival will take place from June 13 to 18, 2025, Sant Elmo Castle

Then for you, the beautiful initiative of the Ente Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples, which hosts the immersive event Dinosaurs Experience, will surely be a fun experience.You will indeed be able to experience a journey through time that will instantly transport you to an authentic prehistoric forest populated by life-size dinosaurs.

You will have the opportunity to interact with realistic dinosaur models, animated electronically just like those used on movie sets, such as the T-Rex, Velociraptor, and Triceratops, that move, breathe, and react as if they were alive. The experience, enriched by vocal reproductions of the sounds of these animals and carefully designed stage sets, recreates the atmosphere of the Cretaceous.

In addition to the exhibition, the interesting feature of this event is that there will be educational workshops, prehistoric-themed face painting, roaming mascots, and interactive baby dinosaurs to pet and photograph, offering an educational and fun experience for all ages.

Then you absolutely cannot miss the Coffee Fest 2025, the first great free event dedicated to coffee, in the city where the espresso is a ritual.For four days, the historic Mostra d’Oltremare will transform into a paradise for coffee lovers: stalls, aromas, music, and culture will accompany you on a unique journey between tradition and innovation.Here, in addition to free entry, in the afternoon you will have access to: free coffee tastings from around the world, live shows, meetings with baristas and roasters, performances and challenges between baristas, and demonstrations of latte art.

Coffee Fest will take place from June 25 to 28, at the Mostra d’Oltremare. Public entrance at 3:00 PM.

Set in a real Roman amphitheater from the 1st century BC, the Pompeii Theatrum Mundi 2025 festival brings great theatrical performances to the heart of one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world.

On stage on June 20 and 21: GOLEM

Directed by Israeli director Amos Gitai, Golem is a powerful and symbolic show that tells the myth of the clay man, created to protect the oppressed. A unique work, performed in multiple languages by an international cast, in a breathtaking setting.

Pompeii Theatrum Mundi 2025 will take place on June 20 and 21, archaeological theater of Pompei.

If you love folklore and wish to immerse yourself in Italian traditions, here's one event not to be missed in Naples in June 2025: the Festa dei Gigli in Nola, one of the most spectacular in Campania, featuring processions and traditional music.

The festival, organized in honor of Saint Paulinus, has its roots in the 5th century, when Bishop Paulinus, to save many inhabitants of his city who were made prisoners by the Visigoths, sold all his possessions and finally gave himself to redeem their lives. After returning two years of imprisonment in Africa, he was welcomed on June 22 at the beach by the people with bouquets of lilies. The commemoration of that event includes a dancing procession of the 8 Lilies and the Boat, which symbolize the return of the saint by sea. The eight lilies are wooden towers carved, about 25 meters high and very heavy, carried on the shoulders of men, as a vow of faith to the Saint. The festival takes place on June 22, or the following Sunday, and transforms the streets of Nola into an explosion of religion, art, and tradition.

Known worldwide for his unmistakable voice and prestigious career, with 90 million records sold, the tenor Andrea Bocelli arrives in Naples in June for a wonderful concert.The evocative location, the Roman Theatre of Pompeii, a UNESCO World Heritage site, will host the tenor's performance over two fantastic days, where lucky listeners will be able to enjoy unique emotions.
