The wine festival organised in the 16th century village of Taurasi (Av) will continue until New Year's Eve. More than 20,000 visitors have arrived in the city for the Christmas Wine Fest, a very successful event that since December 6 is combining the magic of Christmas with local food and wine.Families of American, English and French tourists, Erasmus students and travelers from all over Italy are the public who have already visited the city of the King of Wines in recent weeks. The administration and the organization have thus agreed an extension of the event on the dates of 27, 28, 29 throughout the day and with the conclusion scheduled for 31 night through the magical New Year's Eve of Italy in the village and medieval castle of Taurasi.
The program:
The third weekend of the festival will take place as scheduled on 20, 21 and 22 December with the theme of Christmas: medieval dances, sacred songs, pipers, tastings and the best Irpinia gastronomy . Great expectations for the exclusive party in the Castle of Taurasi from 19:00 on Sunday in partnership with DUBL, the sparkling wine Méthode Classique of Feudi di San Gregorio and with the guest of the nationally renowned deejay Marco Corvino.
The extra time:
the extra time of the festival will be on 27, 28, 29 December all day long with food, wine, routes, tombolades, medieval characters, the post office of Santa Claus and many entertainment activities for adults and children. The festival will officially end on 31 night with the magical New Year's Eve in Italy in the village of Taurasi, where after midnight, you can watch great fireworks and entertainment for young people and families.
