From 14th to 16th June 2024 and on 29th June 2024, you can participate in the Yoga Mountain Days, which will take place respectively in Courmayeur, Val Ferret, at the Fort Bard and in Val Veny to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. This year's programme includes the return to the calendar of Landscapes of Kindness, which focuses on the importance of an ethic that pays attention to the fragility of ecosystems and the urgency of establishing peaceful dialogues with the environment and oneself.

On July 23rd and 30th 2024, and on August 6th, 13th, and 20th, 2024, when you visit the Courmayeur Food Market, you will have the opportunity to embark on a delicious gastronomic tour to discover the delicacies of the local culinary culture. You will taste the genuine flavours of agricultural products offered by local producers, cultivated carefully following the principles of organic farming with a protected designation of origin and in an environmentally sustainable manner. The farmers' market will take place in the splendid location of the Jardin de l'Ange, the nerve centre of Courmayeur.

On July 12th, August 2nd, 9th, 4th, 16th, and 23rd, the traditional Courmayeur Feeling Mountain event will take place, during which the personalities symbolising an ethical vision of the ancestral relationship between human beings, the mountain environment, and natural systems will recount the profound relationship they have established with the dimension of verticality, choosing a profession or making a life choice that integrates a respectful and ethical approach to Alpine habitats, the tension towards the limit, integration, and respect for wild nature.
