A particularly recommended itinerary for those wishing to admire the magnificent alpine landscapes Courmayeur Mont Blanc surroundings are sprinkled with is the Tour de Mont-Blanc, one of the most renowned routes in this area, which winds its way between Italy, France, and Switzerland for no less than 170 km around the iconic peak, dotted with glaciers, paths and panoramic places, such as Val Veny Blacony, Val Ferret Balcony, the Pillars, the Seracs of Freney, the Brenva glacier, impressive waterfalls, rivers, and lakes with turquoise waters.

On the Italian side, the main stages of the route are Courmayeur, Col de La Seigne, Lac Combal in Val Veny, Arp Vieille, Lac Chécrouit, Dolonne, and the Elisabeta, Bertone and Bonatti refuges. Because of their peculiar morphology, the four well-known districts, Val Veny, Val Sapin, Val Ferret, and the area from Courmayeur to Pré-Saint-Didier present a considerable variety of itineraries with different levels of difficulty, from peaceful walks along the valley floor to routes leading to alpine pastures, refuges, and iron path.

The “E-bike Mont-Blanc” initiative aims to showcase the area's natural and cultural wonders through eco-friendly, sustainable mobility, actively involving local communities and businesses on both sides of the mountain.
