- To get there you can take the bus from the central station to the Botanical Garden, lines: 231, 107
- Please walk on the paths and walkways and avoid invading plant beds
- Do not remove or damage plants or their parts. This rule also protects visitors from contact with possibly toxic or otherwise dangerous plant material
- The introduction of any plant material, including dried, is not allowed unless it has been expressly authorized
- No recreational items (balls, kites, frisbees, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades etc.)

- No animals allowed, except registered guide dogs
- The venue is subject to capacity management, you'll get the first available entry time
