Tuscany is famous for its food and wine, and Arezzo delights its inhabitants and tourists with unique recipes accompanied with a good wine. Some of the recipes are, for example, pork chops with black cabbage, accompanied by a Chianti classico DOCG or a Nobile di Montepulciano wine; or Tuscan-style crostini accompanied by a Chianti classico but we are in Tuscany and we must not forget a classic Florentine grilled steak served with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and coarse salt.
