Positano is one of the world's most famous resorts on the Amalfi Coast. A town rich in culture and beautiful scenery, it is an important maritime link due to its strategic geographical position. Its port is an authentic crossroads of nautical traffic, where dozens of boats full of tourists cross every day. One of the leaders in the sector is Luxury Boats Positano, a company based in the pleasant town of Positano, which has been organising sea tours for years. The main destinations are the Amalfi Coast, of course, but also Capri and Ischia.

So, if you're ready, hop on one of your guide's luxury boats to start your journey.

Tour no. 1 of the Amalfi Coast: from Positano to Vietri sul Mare

Your trip starts with a day on the Amalfi Coast. After departing from Positano, your first stop is Praiano, famous for its beautiful beaches and pristine sea. After a refreshing swim, you'll reach one of the most beautiful natural spectacles of Southern Italy, the beach of Furore, which has nothing to envy to the breathtaking views of Northern Europe, so much so that it has earned the nickname of "fjord". These first two appointments prepare you for the main stop of the trip, Amalfi, one of the ancient Maritime Republics, where you can admire the splendid Duomo, a Romanesque building that has been remodelled several times over the centuries. Enter the cathedral from the scenic staircase and then take a stroll through the town's characteristic alleyways. After a nice meal in one of the typical local restaurants, return on board to continue your journey. In fact, there are still Maiori, with its characteristic Norman and Saracen towers, and Minori, a town rich in religious architecture, including the beautiful Basilica of Santa Trofimena, await you. The 'twin towns' introduce you to the last stop on the tour, Vietri sul Mare, which is also the last town on the Coast before arriving in Salerno. Vietri is full of beautiful beaches with enchanting views, such as the suggestive Crestarella, but, above all, it is world famous for its ceramic workshops and shops. Before returning to Positano, therefore, you must buy one of the precious jewels produced by the renowned local workshops as a souvenir of your trip to the Amalfi Coast

Tour no. 2: a day on Capri, among the Faraglioni, the Grotta Azzurra and the VIP Society

Now it is the turn of Capri, one of the most popular destinations for international tourism. We start, of course, from Positano, and then make a brief detour to the Li Galli archipelago, where, as Homer's Odyssey tells us, Ulysses was tempted by the bewitching and irresistible song of the Sirens. Three small islands, Gallo Lungo, La Rotonda and Dei Briganti, once belonged to the great dancer Nurejev, one of the many famous people to have experienced the magic of the place.

After stopping off at Li Galli, head straight for your destination on Capri, without forgetting to bring out your mobile phones and cameras to capture these magical moments. In fact, before you land at the port of Capri, two jewels in the crown of the Campania island's maritime landscape await you. The famous Faraglioni, the three guardians of Capri, whose solemn majesty is one of the most famous and "photographed" natural sceneries in the world. And the equally infamous Grotta Azzurra, a favourite subject of many 19th century artists because of the extraordinary colour of its waters and the original contrast between the force of the rocks and the placid calm of the sea.

After satisfying your eyes and taking hundreds of pictures, you go ashore to the centre of the town, to the legendary Piazzetta of Capri, a favourite destination of the international jet set, where "the hunt for a VIP selfie" is a must. After a stroll through the characteristic streets of Capri, return on board and head back to the station of departure. On the way back, don't miss the romantic atmosphere of dusk falling gently over the colourful houses of Positano...

Tour no. 3: a trip to Ischia, among sunny beaches, thermal baths and ancient monuments

Now it is time to reach the island of Ischia, the Green Island. We advise you to travel with one eye forward to your new destination, and one eye back, to see the pearls of the Amalfi Coast that you have visited before fade into the distance. Enjoy this journey to Ischia, admiring the various shades of the crystal clear sea that accompanies you on this new adventure. The beauty of the sea and the beaches, in fact, is one of the main attractions of the largest of the Campanian islands, the third most populous in Italy after Sicily and Sardinia. Fishermen's beach, Maronti beach and Sant'Angelo beach are just some of the most important, where it would be worth taking a dip.

Ischia is also a land rich in history and culture, evidenced by its churches, monuments and museums. Not to be missed are the Archaeological Museum of Pithecusae, which houses important finds, including the Cup of Nestor, and the Aragonese Castle, built in the 15th century by Alfonso d'Aragona, the undisputed symbol of the island, a real picture postcard.

An island of volcanic origin, Ischia is also famous for its spas and well-equipped hotels. In short, once you have landed, you will have a thousand choices to occupy your time, but don't forget, before getting back on board, to taste the delicacies of the local cuisine, including the famous and delicious Coniglio all'Ischitana
